How do I return or exchange the product if it's defective?
If your product is defective, we are happy to assist with a return or exchange. Please follow the steps below:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at exelah35@gmail.com or through our contact number within [2] days of receiving the defective item. Include your order number and a description of the issue, along with photos of the defect if possible.
- Return Authorization: Once we review your request, we'll issue a Return Authorization (RA) and provide you with a return shipping label if applicable. Please do not return the product without obtaining an RA.
- Return the Item: Pack the defective product securely in its original packaging (if possible) and send it back to us using the provided return label. You can also choose to ship it via your preferred carrier, but we recommend using a trackable service.
- Processing the Return/Exchange: After we receive the returned item, we'll inspect it. If the product is confirmed defective, we will either:

What payment methods do you accept?
Currently, we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment method. This means that you can place your order and pay for it in cash when your package is delivered to your address.
Please ensure that you have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery, as our delivery agents may not be able to provide change.
